The Learning and Teaching Unit offers students support in all these areas and more. All students can receive help, whether native or non-native speakers of English, undergraduate or postgraduate, home or international. Workshops and limited one-to-one tutorials are available, as well as a whole load of help yourself resources. You can access this support by using the links on the left.

Each faculty has a student support office where staff can help you with any questions you have about your course and put you in contact with your academic tutor and personal tutor. These offices are all situated in the main (Philips) building.
Each undergraduate student at SOAS has a Personal Tutor who is the first point of contact for students for getting advice on their welfare and progress whilst at SOAS. The system is organised through Faculty offices.
